I study pattern formation in reaction-diffusion-advection systems, in particular:
- Pattern formation at Turing-Hopf bifurcations, Ginzburg-Landau Equations
- Numerical construction of Busse balloons with continuation software (AUTO), Hopf dances
- Slow-Fast Systems, (Geometric) Singular Perturbation Theory, Melnikov Methods
- Applications to models for semi-arid ecosystems in ecology

AUTO Package
AUTO is a package that is used by many applied mathematicians (and the like) to obtain insight in the existence and stability of bifurcating
solutions for a (system of) ODE(s).
For users of AUTO, I have written the so called
Online Guide to Auto Constants that may serve as a reminder for the definitions of the constants in the constants file.
