At at higher level, I am interested in user-centric interaction design in the context of developing technologies. Past projects include LinkedTV, on creating links from broadcast audiovisual media automatically, and Fish4Knowledge, investigating user interfaces for exploring repositories of fish videos for biologists, EventMedia within the PetaMedia network of excellence, K-Space NoE and MultimediaN/E-Culture. Previous research interests include document models for hypermedia and synchronized multimedia on the Web (SMIL).
