The font was created by P22.

The CHIME logo represents the percussion instrument "triangle", which chimes when it is played. It consists of the three primary colours red, blue and yellow, with a touch of black for contrast, which are the colours typically used by Mondrian.

The logos of the funding body NWO and of its context project cluster ToKeN2000, are hinted at in the signature which is placed in the gray area at the bottom of the page, in imitation of Mondrians habit of signing his paintings unobtrusively, using just his initials and the date(s) of completion.
